War

War
War is when two or more countries, two or more people, or just a single person (battling oneself) are fighting over some dispute, or many disputes.
War is not a fun thing, often resulting in pain, even death.
Currently, the world is teetering on the edge of WW3, but there has also been a war involving ISIS in the Middle East for a few years now. Many have lost their lives, and it doesn’t matter what side a person was on, death is unfortunate, but depending on beliefs, fortunate.
There are many people who advocate for peace on Earth, and I salute them, but war is inevitable. There are too many people in the world with different views, ideas, and beliefs for us all to just get along, which is why people with similar beliefs and views tend to stick with their own, but for those few in the world who can see past beliefs and opinions, good on ya’.
The world is kind of like a salad, in a sense. (Thank you 8th grade history teacher) Everything is it’s own thing, but mixed in with other things, yet living together if that makes sense, and some things get along, while others don’t. (But chef salad is great, if you haven’t tried it you should, unless you're on an all meat diet)
Some people get along, and some don’t, which is why wars between countries, and even people occur, most of the time, I believe.
It’s all fun and games until someone gets hurt.
Wars between people are a bit more dangerous, in my opinion. While countries as a whole could recover fairly easily with the right resources and tools, a person could take a bit more to recover from hurt feelings and broken hearts. Ice cream and wine help, but aren’t a solution, I’m afraid. Yet, love relationships aren’t the only thing that can cause war between people.
There can be miscommunications, friends getting into a fight, simple strangers just having a bad exchange, eventually evolving into an even bigger problem.
War between people often end up in a big mess until it’s hopefully resolved.
War with oneself is very saddening and possibly causes the absolute most destruction, because no one knows a person better than themselves. Oneself knows their weaknesses, their innermost faults, mistakes, that they can use as weapons against themselves. To hurt themselves. To allow all the doubts to knock down the barrier protecting a person.
Usually when a person is at war with themselves, they’re fighting themselves against certain thoughts in their head, for example, suicide.
War, no matter who’s fighting it or why, it’s not very fun
